Spartina Planting: The Youth Corps members create wildlife habitats by planting spartina grass at West Meadow Creek at the Ward Melville Heritage Organization’s 88-acre wetland preserve.
Pepperweed Removal: The Youth Corps help preserve the shoreline of WMHO’s West Meadow Wetlands by helping to pull out the invasive pepperweed afflicting the area.
The Santa Fund: Every year the Youth Corps help raise money that provides food and clothing to those in need.
