On July 6th, Governor Kathy Hochul visited Long Island. As part of the FY27 Budget, the Governor secured a historic $28.5 million investment in climate resiliency and infrastructure projects across Suffolk County. $6.5 million is set to restore Stony Brook’s Harbor Road.
On behalf of the Ward Melville Heritage Organization and the community, we thank her very much. Thanks to her, the project will get done.
